Business Owner or VP uses dashboard to view reports of Performance versus Targets at Company, Regional, Sales Agent and Retailer Chain levels. Useful Analytic reports for the distribution industry, such as Sell Through, Sales by Brand, Sales by Products, Inventory Reports, Sales Agent Activities, are also available. You can customize the content and layout of SIP dashboard and show only the reports of interest upon login. As high on the organizational hierarchy, Owners and VP can control what data can be accessed by whom and how by a few mouse clicks.
Regional Sales Manager can use SIP to monitor the Sales Performance of his entire region or of his individual sales agent. He can also do random Service Check visits to client sites to evaluate the service quality of his Sales Agents.
Mobile Sales Force uses SiP or SiP Mobile to Make Orders, Update Customers, Record Service Visits & Cold Calls, Generate Lead & Sales Potentials, Restocking and Submit Payment. Presale functions like Lead and Account Management, Sales Potential and Marketing Campaigns are also available. Internal Staff can also use SIP to do Calendar Sharing, Document Management and Webmail integrated in SIP. They can view reports of their choice in the Dashboard.
