Multiple Warehouse Management

If you have multiple stores each of which keeps its own inventory or if your Mobile Sales Agent keeps inventory in their truck, you need a Multiple Store Inventory Management system. A normal Accounting Software with multiple warehouse inventory management is very expensive and it usually does not provide the Sales Management, Mobile Sales, Manufacturing & Quality Control capability that SIP provides. In SIP, a mobile sales agent or an internal clerk belongs to one store and he makes transactions without being aware of multiple warehouses. SIP automatically tracks the change of inventory in each warehouse.


Stock Transfer

Mobile Sales Agent can order inventory from your Main Warehouse to restocking their truck inventory. Similarly, a clerk in one warehouse can order stock from another warehouse. The whole process of Initialing Restocking Request, Processing Request, Stock Transferring and Receiving Stock is tracked in SIP.


Order from another Store

SiP allows clerk or mobile sales agent of one store to make an order from another store. This sometime happens when what a customer wants is out of stock at the store or in the truck. Then this feature allows your staff to check inventory of other stores and to ship from there directly.


Check Real Time Multiple Store Inventory Levels

As a general manager or as a clerk at your company headquarter, you can check the real time inventory levels at all your stores or in the trucks of your mobile sales staff. This gets you the real time snapshot of the inventory assets of your whole company and gives you more control and protection at your inventory.


Inventory Counting

Your inventory manager for each of your multiple stores can count the inventory of their own warehouse and report the difference between the Actual Quantities and On-Book Quantities to you.
